Mix 1-2 tbsp. of spirulina powder to a glass of juice. It is best to use fruit juice than water so that you won’t taste the spirulina. Continue to mix until spirulina is thoroughly dissolved.
Gingko Biloba
Gingko biloba is a very powerful antioxidant that increases the flow of blood to the brain cells. It does not only boost your immune system but it improves your memory.
You can make a gingko biloba tea using 5 fresh leaves and 1 dried crushed leaves. Place it at the bottom of a tea cup and add 1 cup of boiling water, then covering it for about 10 minutes. Uncover the cup and remove the leaves before drinking.
Echinacea
Is used to treat colds and enhance our immune system. Allow the plant to grow for at least 3 years before harvesting its flowers or roots. You will need 1-3 tbsp. of the herbs root. Place the roots in a pot and add 16 oz. of water, then boil. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes then strain the roots. Add honey before drinking.
