Add 4 cups of water then let it boil. Leave for about 15 minutes before straining the liquid. Add honey as sweetener then enjoy.

To make ginger tea, peel and crush a 1 inch piece of fresh ginger root. Place it in the mug and add 1 cup of hot water. Add 1 tbsp. of honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Let it sit for 5 minutes before drinking.

To make a loose green tea you will need tea kettle, tea pot and water.
Pour clean, cool water in a kettle. The fresh, cool water has more oxygen resulting to a better tasting tea. Let the water boil.
Fill the teapot with hot water.
Add 1 tsp. of loose green tea to 8 oz. of water.
Leave it for 3 minutes straining the water.
Add sweetener if desired. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or ginger to add more flavors.
