#1: Green Tea

Green tea seems to have become extremely popular over the recent years, thanks to its rich antioxidant properties that prevent free radical damage and combat diseases like obesity, cancer, Alzheimer’s and many more.

Regular consumption of green tea is linked to a reduced risk of pancreatic cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer and colorectal cancer. Infact, experts believe that green tea possess wonderful properties that help burn fat, prevent obesity, reduce arterial clogging, cut down the risk of neurological disorders and fight Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease and may also manage blood cholesterol levels, thereby reducing the risk of stroke.

#2: Black Tea

Black tea is known to contain the highest amount of caffeine as compared to any other tea. It has proven its efficacy in protecting the lungs from damage caused by frequent smoking and exposure to cigarette smoke. What’s more, it is also believed that black tea, when consumed daily, may lessen the risk of stroke and other cardiovascular diseases.

#3: White Tea

Simply put, white tea is uncured and unfermented tea. It is believed to hold the best anti-cancer and other healing properties as opposed to any other type of tea.
