  • Eat more green leafy vegetables.
  • Cut down the booze and processed foods.
  • Eat lesser amounts of commercial dairy products.
  • Eat less carbohydrate rich foods.
  • Eat a lot of fish or food products that are rich in Omega3 fatty acids – Omega3 supplements are also ok!

Aromatherapy keeps you bubbling with energy

Our brain is like a CPU of a computer and it needs to keep on generating electrical impulses – also known as nerve impulses. Just like a CPU slows down at times, our brain too tends to slip into a sleep mode every now and then.
