A lot of kitchens have at least two chopping boards; one for raw meat, and another for veggies and cooked meat, or perhaps one for preparing meats and another for preparing veggies separately altogether. Depending on your preference, you can either use a wood board, or a plastic one, or both.
Now, this is one area of debate: which board is better for use in the kitchen? Traditional chefs and purists would prefer the wooden board, while many practical cooks would prefer the cheaper plastic board.
